    Description

Belgian Original 1st Release Movie Poster -
    White Savage
    (1943),
Maria Montez, Jon Hall, Sabu, Turhan Bey, Thomas Gomez, Sidney Toler, Arthur Lubin, Technicolor, South Seas Adventure, Sarong, Romance
Here is a beautiful original Belgian movie poster from the 1st release of Arthur Lubin's technicolor South Seas adventure romance,
    White Savage
. The story involves a shark hunter who falls in love with the beautiful ruler of a tropical island. This was Universal's first movie filmed in Technicolor. This poster is from the first release of the
movie in Belgium shortly after the end of the war in Europe. It probably dates from 1946 since it carries the Universal Pictures logo which disappeared after mid 1946 when Universal joined with another studio to form Universal-International. Despite a few condition issues this striking poster displays well and features wonderful artwork that is unique to this Belgian release poster. Another lovely example of outstanding Belgian movie poster art.
