vintage celluloid/or plastic heart , puffy, with popped up lens in front, hold up to the light and look thgough and you can turn slightly the little  dial on the side of the heart and movie star pictures rotates into view, black and white images, some with marks on the faces. rather hard to see, I think I recognize an early Marilyn Monroe and Gene Tierney, the others I am  not sure, hard to see and a few have marks or light
