You are viewing a vintage miniature celluloid / hollow plastic baby doll figure seated to go on a potty chair (not included).  Diaper is down, showing the hiney.  lol  Cute.
It was manufactured by IRWIN.  It is in very good vintage condition. Measures approximately 2 1/2" tall .  Please see pics.
