Vintage Western Electric Army Signal Corps VACUUM TUBE VT-136 JAN CHS CRC 1625

Description

This old vacuum tube is untested, but is in the original box and packing. The box  reads: "U. S. ARMY SIGNAL CORPS TUBE VT-136 ORDER NO. 414-WF-43 WESTERN ELECTRIC  COMPANY, INC." The tube itself is marked: "JAN CHS 1625 - VT-136 - SYLVANIA - MADE  IN U.S.A." My dad was a ham radio aficionado and kept a lot of stuff like this  lying around the house.
