    This is a Vintage Celluloid (actually acetiloid) Wind Up Mechanical Hungry Chicks Toy. It measures approximately 6.75 inches high by 4.25 inches wide.  The base is 2.75 inches in diameter.  When you wind it up it twirls around and the chicks bob up and down.
