VINTAGE CELLULOID WILD ANIMALS RHINO BUFFALO BISON HORSES W.Va PIG (5) DIFFERENT

Description

This is a REALLY nice lot of (5) DIFFERENT celluloid items including a really nice and quite a bit older rhinoceros. These are all in nice condition with only the slightest soiling. The celluloid portions are undamaged and they are uniform in color and there are some handpainted highlights. The rhinoceros measures approx. 3 5/8 inches long. The horses each m
easure approx. 2 1/8 inches long. Some of these wild animals have markings/hallmarks that we do not recognize.
The "pig" was once a souvenir tape measure but that mechanism is gone. It is split at the seam but it is not damaged otherwise. There are no cracks or splits on the other items.
These are offered as found with a nice lot of old toys, vintage advertising, perfume bottles, medicines, household items and personal effects that all dated from around 1900 to about 1940. It is certainly possible that these items pre-date or post date this time period.
