    Description

    This is a
    custom made water cooled TIG
    small bore machine welding torch capable of welding in a bore as small as 3/4" dia. x 12" deep.  The Torch uses 3/32" Tungsten electrode.  The electrode shown in photo no. 4 was used for weld overlay in 3/4" dia. bores.  There is a provision in the black insulator for an additional ridged 1/8" Dia.tube to provide for wire feed.  This type torch was originally used for machine weld overlaying the inside diameter of steel pressure vessel nozzles to provide a corrosion resistant layer to protect the nozzle body.
    Eight set screws and 45 precision pointed, 7/8" long, 2% thoiriated tungsten electrodes are included
    (these are obviously too long to weld in a 3/4" Dia. bore but may be trimmed to suit your conditions).
