at the beginning of the 20th century.
This
poster is from the first release of the
movie in Belgium probably in the late Forties (shortly after the end of the war in Europe) since it is printed in the smaller immediate postwar format in order to conserve paper. It is ln very good, slightly trimmed condition for a theater used poster. The magnificent artwork is unique to this Belgian release poster.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN / SIZE: Belgium  11" x 15"
CONDITION:
Very Good Trimmed Folded Condition. Partially trimmed top white border has a paper pull, small amount of paper loss and a minor paste stain probably from a former theater snipe. A few minor tears, two pinholes and some crinkling in surrounding white borders. Two tax stamps affixed in lower half of poster. Overall slight yellowing to the paper.  Artwork is vivid and completely intact. Folded as originally issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 25 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or box.
