Here is a striking original Belgian movie poster from a Soviet produced wartime documentary,
Stalingrad
.
The film illustrates the famous battle of the Red Army with the Germans for control of Stalingrad
.  This poster is from the first Belgian release of the film in 1945. It is printed in the smaller format on the back of a war ordnance map in order to conserve paper immediately after the end of the war in Europe. It is in excellent, unfolded condition and seldom comes up for sale or auction.

CONDITION:
Very Good Untrimmed Unfolded Condition. Untrimmed top white border. Pinholes in white border corners. Printed on reverse of ordnance map.  Artwork is vivid and intact. Unfolded as originally issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 21 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or box.
