A very scarce First Screening, Finnish lobby poster for the 1949 crime drama, JOHNNY STOOL PIGEON, starring Shelley Winters,
Howard Duff and Dan Duryea
Just very slightly smaller than the Standard Finnish A2 size, (40cm x 60cm approx)
No printer information, signed in the plate by the artist.
Condition: Very Fine.
This poster is in amazing condition for its age.
Folding crease virtually invisible.
Cinema-used. One tack hole to top centre (shows as a hole in the letter "a" in the world "vaille"). Has been pulled through on dismounting so there is a small tear around the hole but it is difficult to spot.
No other tears. No nicks to the edges.
Minor creasing lower corners.
No stains - even to the verso.
Gorgeous, presents very well and a very rare vintage poster.
