Here is a beautiful original Belgian movie poster from the 1st release of the fifth
Road To
comedy,
Road To Rio
. Hope and Crosby star as two inept vaudevillians who stow away on a Brazilian-bound cruise liner and foil a plot by a sinister hypnotist. This poster is from the first release of the
movie in Belgium in 1949. It is in very good, trimmed condition and features beautiful artwork that is unique to this Belgian release poster. Another lovely example of outstanding Belgian movie poster art.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN / SIZE: Belgium  14" x 19.25"
CONDITION:
Very Good Trimmed Folded Condition. Partially trimmed top white border has a few pinholes. There may have been a theater snipe attached at one time. A few minor bumps around edges of surrounding borders. Slightest overall yellowing to the paper. The artwork is vivid and completely intact. Folded as originally issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 10 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or box.
