I present to you a single RCA 12AT7 glowing in the Vacuum Tube Valley Dual Triode Characterizer. The pictures show the gain of each triode, which are slightly unequal, with an imbalance between the triodes. This is good gain for a 12AT7. If your a studio musician with a painstaking need of pure sinusoidal tone reproduction, and a fan of RCA 12AT7's, then this tube will be suitable to your needs.
