Rare Taisho Era Japanese World War I Menko Cards - 1910s-1920s - 100-Years-Old!

Description

Up for auction are 15 original and extremely rare menko from the late 1910s to early 1920s Taisho Era depicting World War I scenes.  These are made of paper and very hard to find.  The ones with the blue font at the top have some pencil writing on them in the small circles which appears to be deliberate and part of a game.  One of the menko has a cool handdrawn airplane on the back, but that is not original to the menko.  I imported these directly from Japan and are authentic.
Each menko measures approximately 1 1/8" x 3 3/4".
