Rare Antique Knights of Columbus 14k Lapel Pin TFMM Enamel Skull Flip Up #E610

Description

When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business.
From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!
I am selling all of my collection and it ranges from necklaces to sterling pins, to rhinestone Deco pieces and more.

This is one of the most unique pins I've seen!
It is a very rare antique/vintage 14k Yellow Gold & Enamel Knights of Columbus Lapel pin.
The pin flips up as you can see in the above picture and has one picture on the top of
a skull and crossed bones atop a red enameled cross with TFMM in gold letters.
TFMM Stands for Tempus Fugit, Momento Mori

The lower picture is a white enameled design with what looks like a compass from a map with a skull in the center.
Very esoteric!!
This pin is unmarked but I guarantee metal content.
(the pin screw back closure piece is not gold).
