Please be aware that these ponents e coated in a light industrial grease to slow the rusting process that gradually occurs over time. CLEANING AND SEALING IS REQUIRED FOR THOSE WHO DESIRE A MORE FINISHED LOOK. Most installations are left unfinished, but we understand that everyone's tastes are different, and have included cleaning instructions too.
Compatible with Shelves Up to 9.25 Inches in Width: Although this kit uses 10 inch pipe once this pipe is assembled and screwed into the cap and flange you lose about .75 inches in usable space. Therefore the maximum shelf width that we suggest using for an 10 inch shelf bracket is 9.25 inches (if you want your shelf to rest on the pipe). If you have a board that is larger than 9.25 inches please consider purchasing one of our larger sized brackets.
