Most Buyers on Ebay are Really Cool and are Great to Work With. Every now and then, I encounter a situation where a Buyer is Expecting Something Different than What I have Listed.
We use Detailed Pictures, Detailed Test Results, and Lots of Good Information to help you understand our listing before you purchase. We really try hard to do a good job with Our Listings.
Here are some examples of the situations I have seen.  Maybe we can clear these issues up!
    Test Results
If my Test Results show that the Tubes are not Perfectly Balanced and/or do not match-up perfectly, there is a Very Good Chance that your Tester will show the same results.
We sell tubes that can be balanced or unbalanced, closely matched or not matched and every point in-between.
It is very hard to find perfectly balanced tubes and/or closely matched sets with the Testing Equipment & Processes we Use.
Our descriptions define the situation for each tube or set.
Tubes or Tube Sets that are Balanced and Matched will be listed at a higher price.
The Tubes and Tube Sets that are somewhat unbalanced or slightly off on matching are priced accordingly.
    When Tube Testers Disagree...
If your tester shows that the tubes are weak, just send the tubes back and I will pay the shipping.
Your tester and test results will take
    precedence
over my equipment and testing preparation and process.
I ask that you be careful with tube boxes when you open the rear pull tab of the tube boxes.
    Amplitrex
Amplitrex Users: Based on the last two years of selling tubes, there is a very good chance that my tubes will test bad on your tester.
Totally different test parameters and good/bad thresholds when comparing results between the Amplitrex and the Hickok.
Consequently, any test results, shown above, will be negatively contradicted on the Amplitrex.
In short, my tubes will suck on your tester while delivering validated results and good/bad definition as per "Hickok Definition" with my four Nelson-calibrated
    TV-7s.
We validate our Testers with Six Sigma Gage R&Rs. I am a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and validate instrumentation in my professional career.
    Shorted Tubes During Shipment
    Occasionally
, a tube will short-out during shipment. Totally understandable and Murph will Take Care of You.
    Tube Pins
As detailed above, the tube pins are cleaned with our defined process.
The pins look good and the oxidation has been removed.
The clean pins do not mean that the tubes have been installed in an amp and the pins show signs of wear.
Pin wear due to socket insertion and prolonged vibration does not look like freshly cleaned pins.
After we clean the pins, we cannot reverse the process.
If you want to purchase tubes with un-straightened, oxidized pins, our tubes will not meet your
    expectations.
