It is an old kusarigama. I also had a name tag. The name tag had a wire so that it could be attached to a pillar.
There is rust, but it feels very strong.
The part to be taken is cracked and taped, but it will look better if you reinforce it with your favorite string from above.
It's a big kusarigama, so it's powerful. I feel the times.
