Tubes are not tested but are guaranteed to be good or money back as per guarantee listed in the auction.
Tubes are guaranteed to be in good working order upon delivery. If a tube ends up bad within 1 week of delivery just ship it back for a full refund on the bad tube minus shipping costs. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable. Please only bid if you agree with the return policy.
