Deanna Durbin stars as a young girl who finds herself attracted to one of her father's business partners.
This poster is from the first release of the movie in Belgium in 1946, shortly after the end of the war in Europe. It is printed on the reverse of an ordnance map in order to conserve paper which was common practice immediately post-war. The poster also features the Universal Pictures logo which became obsolete when the studio merged with International Pictures in mid 1946. The striking original artwork of a beautiful Durbin is unique to this rare Belgian release movie poster.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN/SIZE: Belgium  14.5" x 23.5"
CONDITION:
Good to Very Good Untrimmed Folded Condition. Top white border has remnants of a former theater exhibition information snipe with a few pinholes and some puckering from the dried paste. A couple of additional pinholes and some paper crinkling in the surrounding white borders. A few small holes above Durbin's shoulder.  A tax stamp is affixed in center of right border. Slightest of yellowing to the paper. Printed on the back of a war era map.  Artwork is vivid and intact. Originally folded as issued, this poster has been stored flat for the past 16 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or box.
