Meiji period cast 950 silver (95%) Dragon Motif Belt Buckle and pouch holder. It is easily attributed to the Sanju Saku retailer (Tokyo or Yokohama). It has their "sea turtle in triangle" incised logo typical of this 'high end' provider of transitional Samurai artisans works as they reluctantly adapted to be forced "modern times".
