DESCRIPTION
Stone Buddha of Jizo Bosatsu.
Era:Objects from the Taisho era to the early Showa era.
Bodhisattva of Salvation.
On the lid of the box is a Buddhist sutra, "Sutra of Immeasurable Life" (lower volume).
(Longer Sukhāvatīvyūha Sūtra)
The true intention of this Buddha image is to eliminate the suffering of sentient beings in the Six Realms and to grant them benefits in the world and in the world to come.
It is a relatively small size that can be placed on your desk or in your living room.
