    Description

    This is a postcard from the Indian State Morvi.  The interesting thing about this one is that it is a 3 Pies postcard, but another 3 Pies stamp was added on.  That stamp is SG 16.  This is a RARE local Usage.  A lovely and wonderful item for an India States collection.
