    Description

    This is a small Handpainted serving platter which bears the marks of Royal Crockery, Nippon. The Royal Crockery imprint was used beginning in 1911. The Nippon designation for Japan ended in 1921. This dates the platter from 1911-1921. The platter is lovely, with a floral pattern and delicate gold scrollwork. There is a bit of grime in the bottom surface, and some minimal gold loss on the rim. Just a gorgeous piece. 12-3/4” x 6” x 2-1/2”.
