This is one set of vintage Japanese iron wind bell called 'Furin' in Japanese, which is made of iron.  This was made by one of the most famous artisans, Muneyuki Myochin (1942- ).
The signature of the aritisan is carved on the body.  The original wooden box, on which his name is shown, also included.
