Instructions in Russian and English.
You might need: food termometer, cheese mold.
All contents of the packet are stabilized for safe travel at any temperature. However, it is better to store it in the fridge after you receive it.

1. Закваска для сыра Фета (Lactococcus lactis, Lactococcus cremoris, Lactococcus diacetylactis)
2. Кальций хлористый, пакет 2 г, (для внесения в молоко)
3. Молокосвертывающий фермент пепсин-ренин Meito, пакет 1 г.
4. Ложка мерная 0,2 мл (для дозирования молокосвертывающего фермента).
К данному набору от вас может понадобиться термометр, форма для сыра, салфетка.
После получения товара, закваску хранить в холодильнике.
