You are purchasing a new pair of NIB (new in box) precision matched electro harmonics 12AX7 tubes. These have just been freshly tested on the Amplitrex AT1000 computerized tester for balance/transconductance with the print out labels with testing parameters and specs are affixed to each box.

This balanced pair measures 2000/2000 uMhos for transconductance! on each tube so they are an extremely strong and High Gain pair with a close match.
These are world class tubes that are somewhat difficult to find in balanced matched pairs at an affordable price. These tubes were manufactured at their Xpo-Pul factory (aka as Reflektor plant) in Saratov, Russia. These are high gain, low noise valves with a short plate structure for reduced microphonic’s. They achieve their ultra low noise characteristics, thanks to their unique spiral filament structure which illuminates cathode to filament induced hum in certain amplifier applications. Excellent for use in high gain Marshall preamplifier circuits were noise and microphonics can be a problem.
