The story of how it all began...Mr. Pellegrini, an Italian immigrant, loved cheese.  After years of experimentation, he created his first cheese spread.  Soon neighbors, friends and acquaintance's were mad for Mr. Pellegrini's tasty creation! He continued to make and deliver his famous cheese spread until he was no longer able.
Concerned about the fate of his much loved cheese spread, Mr. Pellegrini searched for a successor.  Then Chuck, one of Mr. Pellegrini's longtime customer, paid him a visit. There on a blustery cold day in December, Mr. Pellegrini passed his much loved cheese spread recipe on to Chuck, a man with a deep appreciation for quality and outstanding flavor.  Chuck haskept Mr. Pellegrini's recipe a secret to this day.
Following in Mr. Pellegrini's footsteps, Chuck continued to experiment with the rich, creamy cheese spread until he finally settled on three amazing recipes, Swiss Almond, Garden Vegetable and Horseradish, not too hot but yet not mild either, just right on a sandwich or my favorite, a Rueben or ham & cheese sandwich!  Soo good!
