Here we have a Northern Electric Co. LTD. R 221-D Vacuum Tube.  It is for display only!
Clear etching on the envelope and reads: "R 221-D".  Last patent date on the base is 1922.
I have tried to take good pictures to indicate the physical condition! Ask if you have any questions...
If you collect historical Canadian vacuum tubes, this might make a great addition to your collection!
