Kome Jiichi ( 1896-1985) He was born in Toyama prefecture.
Graduated from Tokyo School of Fine Arts and he studied under Takamura Kouun . In 1942 , he got prize at Bunten and in 1971 , he got The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays.
Good condition with very  minor abrasions as you see in photos
