Antique Japanese Samurai Yanone - Yajiri - Arrowhead

Description

This is an antique Japanese arrowhead, Yanone or Yajiri in Japanese, as used by the Samurai of the Edo period.
The Yumi bow was the favorite weapon of the Samurai after the sword.
This arrowhead is 6.59" overall length, with the 'head' being 1.34" long. Weight is 18 g.
Apart from some rust, it is in very good condition (see pictures)
Age: Late Edo period, most likely 1800-1880
I picked this up from a sword/armor dealer in Japan about 20 years ago. It is the last one I have.
