Such a  Lovely   Fine  Large Wood  and  Gold Gilt Vintage  Early 1800's Butsudan  Japanese  Buddhist Temple  Shrine  prayer  cabinet ... standing  tall at  59  inches  high  x  21  inches wide  and  26 inches  in  deprh....
This  stunning  intricately hand carved  Buddhist  Shrine  replica of a  temple is made of fine wood and laquered wood with  detailed  gold gilt wood with painted  gold design with  trees and  figures ... on laquer..   and 4  carved  wooden bird  scenes and  design  on  interior  top.
The First main latched  double doors opens to a second latched wood veneer  screen double door  amd then to the  altar.... which is divided in  three sections..
The middle  with the original  scroll in center  and  left and right  with  additional  scrolls  and  family writing  and wooden  edge partitions...
sliding bottom  doors with painted figures  and  gold painted figures  also on the  inside  left and right panels....
