The Hankook AH22 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle’s steer axle.
The model offers excellent controllability in all conditions. The tread design’s symmetric pattern features solid shoulder ribs and siped center ribs that closely follow the road surface all year. The better road contact enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability significantly. The maintained road contact upgrades the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The better control over the vehicle enables a secure driving experience all year round.
The tire’s tread design and reinforced construction manage to lengthen the tread life and usability. The model’s strengthened steel belt structure maintains the optimal tire shape under the driving and load pressure which, along with the symmetric ribbed tread design, maintains the tire’s contact with the road surface. The optimal road contact of the wide footprint ensures even pressure distribution along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids the formation of irregular wear along the tread area. In this manner, the tire promotes an extended tread and service life.
The AH22 has first-rate load durability. The strengthened tire carcass structure and bead construction work together to increase the load and driving pressure handling ability. They keep the tire’s ideal shape during the drive, which upgrades the model’s performing capability and power. The stronger construction maintains the tire’s shape under the driving and load pressure affecting it, which greatly increases the tire’s load carrying and withstanding ability. The better load durability enables the tire’s safer performing ability.
