OVERVIEW
The Firestone FD690 Plus is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle’s drive axle.
The tire ensures great durability. The reinforced internal structure and the enhanced tire compound work together to improve the tire’s load and driving durability. The stronger steel belt structure maintains the tire’s optimal tire shape and prevents its deformation under the driving and load pressure affecting the model. This allows the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, providing a stable load capability. The stronger tire compound prevents heat build-up during the drive. This eases the pressure affecting the tire, enabling its better performance in all weather.
The model ensures great all season traction. The optimal tread design and the all season tire compound increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound’s rubber flexibility maintains the tire’s traction at all times, even in colder temperatures. The symmetric tread’s block placement upgrades the tire’s grip on the road surface all year round. The zigzag circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The enhanced all weather traction ensures a secure driving experience throughout the year.
The FD690 Plus offers a lengthened tread life. The tire’s flat footprint and durable tire compound ensure a slower even tread wear rate to guarantee an extended tread life and usability. The flat footprint with the optimized tread elements ensures even pressure distribution along the tread area. The equally circulated forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids irregular tread wear formations on the tire’s surface, which lengthens the tread life. The durable compound is wear-resistant which avoids premature wear, slowing the tread wear rate down significantly.

Return Shipping fees are to be paid by the Buyer.
