OVERVIEW
The Federal Super Steel 595 is a performance and high performance, depending on the speed rating of the specific tire size, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.
The tire offers superb all weather traction. The silica-based tire compound and the unidirectional tread pattern increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tread pattern’s swooping grooves effectively resist hydroplaning situations by eliminating water and slush from below the tire footprint. The enhanced hydroplaning resistance and first-rate all weather traction ensure a safer driving experience.
The special tread pattern provides even tread stiffness on the center and shoulder area of the tire. This allows the tread design to evenly distribute the driving pressure across the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking prevent irregular tread wear from forming across the tread area. The constantly evenly worn tread pattern extends the tread life and tire usability significantly.
The tire’s maintained road contact is thanks to the unidirectional tread design. This tread design enhances the steering responsiveness and accuracy and driving stability. The steering becomes swift and precise in its response to the driver’s commands while the tire is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The tread design’s shoulder tread blocks promote additional biting edges which ensure an improved cornering ability and power. The result is an effortlessly controlled model.
The tire’s internal structure features steel tire cords and reinforced sidewalls. They strengthen the tire’s structure and prevent deformation under the high speed driving pressure. The tire is capable of high speed performance as the reinforced structure maintains the optimal tire shape. The constant road contact also boosts the high speed performance as the tread enhanced handling capability does not lose its sharpness at high speeds.
The Super Steel 595’s tread pattern’s variable pitch and alignment design lower the road noise generated while the tires are in motion. They create a sound frequency that negates the road noise heard in the vehicle’s cabin during the drive. This results in a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
