    Description

    Two, new in box, Raytheon ER-245. #45 tubes, with the balloon/globe shaped envelope. These have the BOX plate, which yield the finest sonics for any triodes.
    These are of course exact equivalents to the UX245/UX-245, CX345/CX-345, 45, 145, and 245 tubes. Used and tested on a Hickok TV-3 military tester that has been calibrated, just to make sure. Firm bases, excellent silvering. Tubes are matched for dynamic gain and structure- test at 2150, 2150 where pass/fail is 1170 micromho. The tubes have the same structure inside and out.  I have six other pairs in addition to this pair.  One photo show the 14 boxes, but of course the 12 othere tubes in that one photo are not being sold in this auction. This auction is for the single pair.  You will never see another new in box 14 tube collection of ER-245 tubes.
