Most of the items we sell should be installed by someone proficient in the application of the product. We will perform installation of our products free of charge. Please consult our
installing instructions page
for information on installation availability.

Shipping
When available, merchandise is shipped in original factory packaging. Most items are shipped free of charge. In some circumstances our prices are so low that we have to charge shipping. If shipping is charged it will be clearly stated in the shipping information section. We ship UPS where available. If UPS is unavailable in your area, there may be an additional shipping charge.
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
. If you live outside of the United States, Alaska or Hawaii, you must have a verified US address in the continental United States in order for us to ship. We will not entertain any exceptions to this rule.
Items that are requested to be picked up at our location in Lincoln Park, MI are subject to state sales tax. You must e-mail prior to purchase to see if local pick up is available.
We do not ship to APO's, military addresses or PO Boxes.

Returns
We understand that at times customers may accidentally order wrong sizes. We will gladly exchange or refund a purchase for you in the event you order the wrong size.
In order to return merchandise please:
Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong size
The item must be in its original shipping packaging
The item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase
We will instruct you as to the best way to ship it back to us (
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
)
We will receive the item and inspect it
After inspection we will ship out the corrected merchandise or issue a credit. Refunds are not given for incorrectly ordered merchandise
There will be a restocking fee for items returned to us
We will only issue call tags for merchandise shipped by our error
