Up for bids is a pair of Cunningham globe style type 80 rectifier tubes that test much less than the military recommended 65% minimum.
Cunningham tubes were actually made for RCA and branded for Cunningham without any mention of RCA on the tubes or cartons.
Both tubes are in excellent physical condition with tight hot stamped bases and no loose particles inside either tube or base.
They were tested for emission, noise, gas, and shorts on my Dan Nelson calibrated TV-7/U tube tester using a digital meter for greater accuracy.
The TV-7/U minimum recommended value (65%) for each plate of the 80 type tube is 40.

Historically most RCA/Cunningham globe style type 80 tubes will function well below the 65% military "recommended" minimum in most applications but these test quite low and may or may not.  As such, they are sold as display items and no returns are offered.
All tube test results are guaranteed to be accurate however no warranty is expressed or implied as to how tubes will perform in any audio application.
