    Description

Selling my 240Z after 23 years of fun.  Just don't drive it enough.  (Same old story.)  This car is a very unique blue with blue interior.  She's got the full 1970s vibe inside.  The odometer shows 10,000 miles but I know it's rolled over.  This car has been sensibly modified over many years.
This car got the full on bare metal rust repair and paint back in 2004-2005.  More than 15 years later it still looks pretty good.  Interior is also in good shape.  The blue vinyl is showing some age be still looks classic 1970s.  The dash is mostly in great shape.  There is a small tear in the cover below the "temp/oil pressure" gage.  The car also has an aftermarket AC system.
The engine is an L28 bored over to 3.0 liters with a T3/T4 turbocharger.  Engine management is Electromotive Tech GT.  The engine was built for turbo with forged pistons and Total Seal rings.  Last time on the dyno it made 306 HP at the wheels.  See the dyno sheet in the photos.  The transmission is a 5 speed from a later 280ZX.  Suspension is slightly lowered with Eibach progressive springs, a larger sway bar up front and a sway bar added at the rear.  It's got the Wilwood disc brakes supplied by Arizona Z Cars.  Unfortunately I had to give up the parking brake for the rear discs.
The problems that I know about:  The small defect in the dash that I mentioned above.  The transmission slips out of reverse sometimes.  Shifts and drives great in all other gears.  There are a few interior bits missing - the plastic covers for the seat back adjust levers.  She's got a few oil leaks around the front of the engine.  Nuisance not crisis.
I recommend that any bidder inspect the car or have it inspected by an expert before bidding.  If you can get to the Denver area we'll go for a drive.  I will gladly bring the car to the local shop of your choice for inspection.  The car splits time between Denver and Winter Park Colorado.  No warranties.  Shipping is your responsibility but I will help on my end as necessary.
Best of luck to all and thanks for looking at this car!
