Tube was made in 1959 in Brussels Belgium.
Tubes are in perfect working condition and were tested on a Calibrated Hickok TV7 Tester.

Tubes are guaranteed to be in good working order within one week of delivery. If you have any issues with a tube upon arrival just ship it back for a full refund on the bad tube minus shipping costs.
